Hi, I’m Shara.

I founded Behind The Scenes Collective to support small businesses, service providers and female founders who are carrying too much behind the scenes and need reliable, thoughtful support they can genuinely trust.

After more than a decade working in radio and television, coordinating teams, managing complex schedules and delivering under pressure, I’ve built a strong foundation in communication, organisation and operational support.

Today, I bring those skills into businesses that need more structure, smoother systems and reliable backend support — helping things feel calmer, clearer and more sustainable day to day.
